Payment Timing
- Credit card payments are processed immediately at the time of booking
- Bank transfers must be completed within three (3) business days of booking
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled via the link provided
in the booking confirmation email.
- 48 hours or more before the appointment: no charge
- Less than 48 hours before the appointment: 50% of the session fee
- Same day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the session fee
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the services, refunds are not available once a session has been provided.
