Online Booking
Before you book: where will you be?
Online therapy is regulated by the country you are physically in during the session, not by where we are. In some countries only locally licensed practitioners may provide it, and we are not able to work with you there.
Please do not book if you will be located in the United States, Canada (Ontario or Quebec), Italy, Taiwan, the Philippines or the United Arab Emirates. We cannot lawfully hold the session, and a booking made from one of these places will be cancelled. Fees for a booking made contrary to this notice are not refundable.
If your country is not named here, or you are unsure, or you are travelling, write to info@beyondbleu.com before booking and we will confirm within one working day.
After you book
You will receive a confirmation email straight away, with a calendar invitation and your private session link. A reminder follows before the session.
Join from a phone, tablet, or computer — there is nothing to install beyond opening the link. Sessions are held on secure video, and the times shown above are already converted to your own time zone.
Payment is taken securely at the time of booking.

No referral is needed. Fees are private pay and are not covered by Japanese National Health Insurance. We work in English, Japanese, and Italian.
Cancellation and rescheduling
We understand that schedules change, and we aim to balance flexibility with respect for the time reserved for you.
Appointments can be moved or cancelled without charge with 48 hours’ notice. Within 48 hours the full fee is payable.
