Couples Therapy
Every relationship has a texture and a tempo. When it slips out of tune, we feel it—distance where there used to be ease, the same argument on repeat, trust that no longer lands. In our sessions we slow the pace, make room for both voices, and rebuild the small daily habits that let love feel safe again.
How we’ll work
I blend the Gottman Method—clear, research-based tools for softer start-ups, quick repair, and managing the Four Horsemen—with emotion-focused, attachment-based work so each partner feels seen, safe, and effective. We move from blame to need, from defensiveness to reachability, from standoffs to collaboration. When past shocks intrude on the present, we use trauma-aware pacing and simple nervous-system regulation so conversations stay tolerable and useful.
What brings couples here
Gridlocked conflict or frequent escalations
Emotional distance and fading intimacy
Trust ruptures—affairs, secrecy, financial betrayals
Cross-cultural or lifestyle collisions
Premarital preparation and co-parenting after separation
