How to Book Your Reservation
To make your booking process simple and error-free, we’ve put together this step-by-step guide. Please follow the instructions below to reserve your preferred season smoothly and avoid common mistakes.

Go to the Booking Page
- Visit our booking page: https://beyondbleu.com/booking/
- You'll see the available seasons listed.
- To reserve your session, simply click the “Book Now” button.
Fill in Appointment Details
- The system automatically displays the assigned therapist for the session (e.g., Tumee Bayanbileg).
- Choose the Month, Day, and Year for your reservation.
- Click one of the available time slots (e.g., 3:00 pm).
- The total cost of the session (e.g., ¥15,000) will appear.
- Once all details are filled in and reviewed, click the BOOK NOW button.


Review Your Appointment in the Cart
- After clicking "Book Now", you’ll be taken to the Appointment Cart Page.
- Review Your Booking Details (e.g., service type, reservation date & time, therapist name).
- Verify the Price and Total Cost. (In this example: ¥15,000)
- Click the “X” icon on the left to remove the appointment if anything is incorrect.
(Tip: If your booking attempt fails later, please remove the item from the cart before trying again.)
Enter Your Billing & Account Details
- After confirming your appointment in the cart, you’ll be asked to provide your billing and login information.
- Double-check your contact details to ensure you receive confirmation emails.
- Create your account by choosing a username and password, then confirm your password to continue.
Why create an account?
This helps you manage bookings, request cancellations, and speed up future reservations.
🔁 Already booked before?
Click “Returning customer? Click here to login” at the top of the form and log in with your existing credentials.


Proceed to Payment
- Check all information again before continuing.
- Make sure the selected season, reservation date & time are correct.
- If you see any existing items listed here, please remove them by clicking the “X” icon before place appointment.
- Select or confirm your payment method — you can choose either Credit/Debit Card or Cash on Delivery.
- After entering your payment information, click "Place Appointment" to finalize and confirm your reservation.
Confirmation Page
- Once payment is successful A booking confirmation page is shown.
- A confirmation email is sent automatically.


Important Booking Tips
✅ Use a valid email address to receive booking confirmation.
✅ Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see a confirmation.
❌ Don’t refresh the page during payment.
❌ Avoid using the browser “Back” button after selecting your season.
⚠️ If your booking attempt fails, please remove the item from your cart before trying again.
